✹ What program do you use?
I use procreate for designs and sometimes animations, however for animations I largely use toonsquid.
I tend to mix the two together by storyboarding on procreate, however my usage of both programs varies depending on what I’m working on

not atm, no! apologies, however I struggle to follow instructions when designing, i much prefer to create already-made designs rather than follow a set idea as I actually tend to drift away from design themes.

I mainly use my own custom brush.
I do plan on uploading it at some point for public use however at the moment the brush is inaccessible.
However I do not mind people trying to replicate/make similar brushes to mine at all

not now, but I do plan to open one at some point, at the moment I'm far too busy to manage a server correctly, if I do open one it'd likely be donator only / less public as I just struggle to talk to strangers at all , and I probably will have a hard time managing my server on my own and I just lack experience in general.

Design Terms
✹ I do not want my artworks to be associated with and/or be fed into AI, nfts, or anything of that aligns with such practices ever. if you were caught doing so it would result in immediate permanent blacklist.
✹ Do not hide/delete my designs from me. I like to keep track of them, if you plan on hiding my design, deleting a key-link, or temporarily unauthorising me from them please notify beforehand to avoid confusion, please authorize me or make a key-link for me if you want to keep characters hidden.
✹ Do not resell my adopts for higher than sold unless they have extra art/works that could up their worth.
✹ Do not resell/trade/gift my designs to people in my blacklist.
✹ Do not use my designs to promote hate speech, bigotry, and/or any immoral subjecrs such as pedophilia, abuse, SA, etc. I'm fine with you using them to approach these subjects in a respectful/non-romanticized manner, so long as they're portrayed to not send the wrong message.
✹ Do not colorpick my designs, people have a tendency to not know the lines between inspiration and copying, and unfortunately this rule has been added to prevent copies of my work.
✹ You're allowed to make relatives/kits based on my designs, but strictly only after direct approval from me of the deisign. Please message me here, or on my discord @frescrawl if you're trying to create a hypokit/relative, unauthorized hypokit/relative design based on my designs will lead to a warning and the design based off my design being taken down.
✹ If Doing holds/Payment Plans, Please do notify me if anything comes up! I appreciate a heads-up.
✹ I Do not do refunds, so please make sure you absolutely want to purchase from me.
Art Terms

✹ Do not trace/heavily reference my work, inspiration is alright, but if your work becomes indistinguishable / notably similar to mine, I will feel uncomfortable and blacklist you.
✹ You cannot edit / alter my artwork without permission, except when you are using my bases.
✹ Do not claim my artwork as yours, even if my artwork is heavily edited to the point of being unrecognizable, such as editing my bases.
✹ Please only use my artwork if the artwork belongs to a design you own or is a commission.
✹ refunds are possible for overdue commission pieces.

General boundaries
✹ if you're a stranger, try not to be overtly-friendly, this can be things like calling me affectionate names/nicknames/terms, acting like we know each other, or trying to make weird jokes when I am not actively inviting them. keep interactions minimal and friendly, I actually enjoy interacting with people! just don't treat me like a friend when i just met you, it's incredibly off-putting and uncomfortable on my end
✹ I am fine with joking around, i enjoy the fun, just please do not make them sexual/romantic, linked to personal issues, when the situation being discussed is serious, and just overall just be normal. I do not mind jokes like "sigma sigma on the wall who is the skibiest of them all" or something just don't be weird, mean and/or creepy
✹ don't overshare personal information, I do not need to know where you live, how many siblings you have, a complete list of all your exes, etc. again, just be normal when i do not know you and the conversation at hand does not invite sharing that kind of info! i don't mind fun and whimsy and chatting like abt your favourite pasta or something and making tierlists for them but I do not want to know that you broke up with bad bitch baba yaga last week when I literally just met you!!
✹ don't send random pms/messages/gift art of my characters without explicit permission, I highly value my space and would like interactions with strangers be limited. this includes sending me joke character gifts and messaging me memes/jokes when I literally have never talked or interacted with you in any way before!
✹ I don't mind using emotes and being jokey, just once again be normal and wary abt who you're talking to, I am likely just a stranger to you, please do not treat me like a friend when we just started talking!
✹ I am very loosey goosey with who I call oomf and moot so I guarantee you it does not take much to make me ease up with you, just once again please be normal!
✹ Do not call me an "idol", call me an inspiration if you want but do not hold me to a higher standard / pedestal, I make cat adopts on the internet and that's it! I am just another stranger on the internet.
